Export interactive videos for a super instance

GET 
/public/reports/superinstance/:superInstanceId/bulbs

Exports one row per interactive video created within the given date range across every instance in the super instance. By default the report is generated in the background and emailed to the caller as a download link; pass runAsync=false to get the CSV back in the response instead. Only one export can run at a time per instance/super instance.
