Get a playlist assignment

GET 
/public/playlists/assignments/:assignmentId

Returns one playlist assignment from the instance bound to the caller's API key, in the same shape the listing returns. Only instance owners may call this endpoint.

Missing or invalid API key.

The API key's user does not own the instance.

No playlist assignment with that ID in the instance.
