Earlier this year, we proudly announced a partnership with Dropbox, a leading global collaboration platform for businesses, educators and individuals. We are happy to extend that partnership, which allows users to seamlessly import video, photo and audio files directly from within Dropbox to WeVideo.
The all-new Dropbox extension allows users to select any media file from their Dropbox account and choose WeVideo from a dropdown menu. From there they are taken directly to the WeVideo app, where they can trim, add or edit clips, and use effects like slow motion and animation to add a professional touch. The finished product is a high-quality, professional-looking video.
This new Dropbox integration eliminates the process users would have to take by researching, downloading and opening a separate application to edit or create a high-quality video. Users can select to automatically upload the finished video back to their Dropbox account.
This newest integration elevates WeVideo to Premier Dropbox Technology Partner and comes at no additional cost to all WeVideo users.
To get even more premium video editing features and benefits, users can always upgrade to a paid WeVideo plan. Available plans include unlimited access and use of WeVideo Essentials, a complete built-in stock library with over 1 million videos, images, and music tracks; special effects like green screen, designer motion titles, simultaneous webcam, and screen recording, and much more.
