Your card is charged immediately when you purchase a plan. For monthly plans, billing recurs on the same date each month. For annual plans, you're billed once for the full year upfront.

Yes. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment covering 12 months of access. This typically offers a significant discount compared to paying month-to-month. If you cancel your subscription during its term, you’ll still have access until the expiration date. 

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After canceling, you'll retain access to your plan features through the end of your current billing period.

Yes. Both monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You'll receive an email reminder before your annual plan renews.

All fees paid to WeVideo are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your recurring monthly/annual subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period when canceling your subscription, but will continue to have access to account features for the remainder of the billing period, regardless of the cancellation. Please review our refund policy for more information.

If a payment fails, we'll notify you by email and attempt to charge your card again. Your account may be temporarily limited until payment is resolved. You can update your billing details in account settings.

Absolutely. WeVideo uses industry-standard SSL encryption and partners with a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time, and the change takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
